Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • New Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not used any premium services, you may request a full refund.
  • Renewals: We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Custom Work: Services involving custom design, development, or consulting are non-refundable once work has begun.
